Profile Network Technology PLC became a listed company on the London AIM Market in 1996 and subsequently fully listed on The London Stock Exchange in 1997. On 30 September 2010 the company received share holder approval to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange and became a privately held company again with effect from 29th October 2010.
